HealthProviderReviews.com tallied anonymous data from 107 surveys that were completed by patients seen by Dr. Example during part of January 2016. 108 consecutive patients were handed a paper survey and 107 were completed and collected. At the end of the visit with the physician, the patients were asked to fill out an anonymous paper survey and given the option to either place the survey in a slit in a locked box at the front desk of the office or to hand it to a medical assistant to place it in the locked box without the physician seeing the survey. During the time that the survey was performed, one patient left the waiting room, explaining that the wait was too long, and was never given a survey because this patient was not seen by the doctor. Post-operative patients who were only having suture removal were not given surveys to complete.
